Men carry a lot — pressure to perform, pressure to provide, pressure to stay solid even when life is coming apart. Whether you're dealing with the fallout of infidelity, rebuilding after divorce, managing anger, or just trying to get your bearings again, you don't have to handle it alone.

I'm a board-certified Marriage and Family Therapist and Nationally Certified Counselor. My work with men is direct, practical, and grounded in approaches that actually move the needle — helping you stabilize, rebuild, and step forward with clarity instead of just surviving the week.

  • Recovering from divorce and major life changes
  • Building healthier habits, clearer boundaries, and lasting self-respect

A structured, evidence-based framework

This is not talk therapy for the sake of talking. My approach blends Family Systems work, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Gottman Method principles — giving you tools, structure, and a clear direction you can use from the very first session.

Thirty years in the field

My work in the helping profession spans more than three decades — from managing homeless programs at The Crisis Assistance Center and developing housing initiatives for Volunteers of America in Conroe, Texas, to supporting students through trauma at Sam Houston State University and working alongside men and families escaping domestic violence. That same steady, grounded presence is what I bring to private practice today. Whether you feel like you've hit a wall or just know something needs to change, my goal is the same: help you stabilize, rebuild, and reclaim your life.

A practical, respectful approach.

This practice runs on plain language and real action. You will not be handed vague theories or asked to perform emotions on cue. Instead, we talk like two people who respect each other — one of whom happens to have the training and experience to help you find a way through. Every session is confidential, online-only, and focused on outcomes you can feel in your everyday life: steadier relationships, clearer purpose, and more control over the things that have felt out of reach.

Why a practice just for men?

Mature men often carry challenges quietly, taught to handle everything alone. A practice built specifically for men removes that pressure. The setting, the pace, and the language are all tuned to how men actually open up — so taking action feels less like admitting defeat and more like doing something strong.
